Lindsay is a RYT 200, trained at Keller Yoga. Her yoga journey began 3 years ago, having spent 17 years in corporate environments she was looking for a way to move her body and reduce the stress. Lindsay quickly discovered that her yoga mat was a place to find joy, connection, peace and have a little fun, inspiring her to share yoga with others. Now Lindsay strives to create classes that are playful and challenging, giving people an opportunity to explore what’s possible without fear of judgement and maybe have a few laughs in the process.

She completed her yoga teacher training here at Keller Yoga Studio and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University. She worked in corporate America for 10+ years before first pivoting into the non-profit arena and then again into teaching yoga. She truly enjoys teaching yoga to beginners as well as sharing new ways to approach poses with seasoned yogis (which often includes utilizing a plethora of props!). Faye has been interested in yoga since she was young,  she fell in love with restorative yoga about 16 years ago. It became a quiet respite on Sunday afternoons. She began going to work shops and classes from there.  On her 45th birthday she attended a soundbath event at Keller Yoga and found her home. After raising her children, teaching yoga has become her second act. Faye began attending classes regularly and then completed her first teaching certification. She is currently continuing her education and pursuing further teaching certifications. Her passion remains with restorative yoga and its gentle healing benefits as well as mantra and breath work. Faye enjoys all things mysterious and mystical, and loves exploring holistic avenues.

Amanda is a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher and has taught yoga and meditation at Keller Yoga for more than 5 years. After a life changing, two week long, harrowing and largely unexplainable spiritual experience in 2011 Amanda was left with chronic insomnia and night terrors. After trying many sleep prescriptions and supplements, Amanda started meditating with a group at the public library in 2016. It was soon after that she became interested in yoga as a way to heal from the trauma of the experience and also unsolved experiences from her childhood and marriage. In 2018 she had another life changing, but positive experience while meditating in her backyard. She recalls it was like an explosion of unconditional love in her chest and it lasted for days. It was soon after that Amanda found Keller Yoga. In 2019, Amanda started her 200hr yoga certification journey through Keller Yoga and she stayed on to teach yoga and meditation. In 2023, she completed a Vishoka Meditation course through the Himilayan Institute. In December of 2024, Amanda finished her 300hr teacher training. There are three things about yoga that Amanda loves to teach: The first is how to stretch with careful awareness and breath to pinpoint pain and alleviate it. The second is to move the body with awareness and breath in asana. This puts the mind in a present state awareness. The third is to guide the mind inward through breath techniques. This allows one to recover/remember their inner-self or being-ness. Amanda is also employed as a full time high school art teacher and enjoys teaching diaphragmatic breathing to her students whenever she can. Amanda’s aspiration is to heal the world through yoga and breath.

It starts with you.

Stephanie began to study the healing and therapeutic aspects of yoga in 1998. Stephanie became a Register Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance in 2009. Two years later she studied extensively in pregnant anatomy, physiology, labor and birth and became a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and DONA certified birth doula. Her journey and education continued as she completed intensive Ayurvedic lectures and hands-on courses at the Ayurved Sadhana in Colorado. She became a certified Ayurvedic doula in 2018. Always hungry for more knowledge, she deepened her education of birth physiology and movement by studying with Gail Tully while gaining her Spinning Babies® Parent Educator certification in 2020. She teaches comprehensive childbirth education, postpartum and Ayurvedic classes and workshops throughout Fort Worth. Her prenatal yoga classes focus on the importance of breath and deep relaxation, along with movements that align and balance the body for labor and birth. Each prenatal class creates a positive, supportive and well-informed environment that gives all birthing people the emotional boost and self-esteem they need for birth and beyond. Through her prenatal classes a sense of confidence, companionship and community emerges. Stephanie’s calm style of teaching continues in her weekly Gentle classes. Here, her classes focus on strength and flexibility in the body without overworking it. She only asks that her students never take themselves too seriously, never push into pain or discomfort, and always remember to practice kindness and playfulness on their mat and in their daily lives.
