Lindsay is a RYT 500, trained at Keller Yoga. Her yoga journey began 3 years ago, having spent 17 years in corporate environments she was looking for a way to move her body and reduce the stress. Lindsay quickly discovered that her yoga mat was a place to find joy, connection, peace and have a little fun, inspiring her to share yoga with others. Now Lindsay strives to create classes that are playful and challenging, giving people an opportunity to explore what’s possible without fear of judgement and maybe have a few laughs in the process.

Steffanie discovered yoga at the age of 20 and has been on the mat ever since. With over seven years of teaching experience, she brings a grounded, athletic energy to her classes, shaped by her time in the Navy and a deep respect for discipline and resilience.
Her passion for understanding the human body led her to study massage therapy, where she continues to expand her knowledge of anatomy and the interconnectedness of physical and emotional well-being. She believes that a healthy and whole you begins by working with the body—tuning into its wisdom, strength, and capacity for healing.
Yoga offered her a sense of peace and clarity that she now shares with others, creating classes that are both empowering and deeply nurturing. She is driven by a love of learning and a genuine desire to help people feel strong, supported, and connected—on and off the mat.

Tracy has been practicing yoga since 1998, and over the years, she has explored Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Gentle, and Prenatal Yoga. She completed her yoga teacher training here at Keller Yoga Studio and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University. She worked in corporate America for 10+ years before first pivoting into the non-profit arena and then again into teaching yoga. She truly enjoys teaching yoga to beginners as well as sharing new ways to approach poses with seasoned yogis (which often includes utilizing a plethora of props!). In addition to teaching at Keller Yoga, Tracy also leads asana and pranayama in a therapy environment.

Faye has been interested in yoga since she was young, she fell in love with restorative yoga about 16 years ago. It became a quiet respite on Sunday afternoons. She began going to work shops and classes from there. On her 45th birthday she attended a soundbath event at Keller Yoga and found her home. After raising her children, teaching yoga has become her second act. Faye began attending classes regularly and then completed her first teaching certification. She is currently continuing her education and pursuing further teaching certifications. Her passion remains with restorative yoga and its gentle healing benefits as well as mantra and breath work. Faye enjoys all things mysterious and mystical, and loves exploring holistic avenues.

Amanda is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher who has taught yoga and meditation at Keller Yoga for over five years. Meditation first helped her heal from chronic insomnia and night terrors after a profound spiritual experience in 2011. That journey led her to yoga as a way to recover from trauma and reconnect with inner peace.
She completed her 200hr training at Keller Yoga in 2019, her Vishoka Meditation course through the Himalayan Institute in 2023, and her 300hr training in 2024.
Amanda loves teaching three things:
-
Stretching with breath to relieve pain
-
Moving with awareness in asana to quiet the mind
-
Breath techniques that guide the mind inward
Amanda is also a full-time high school art teacher and teaches diaphragmatic breathing to her students whenever she can. Her aspiration is simple: heal the world through yoga and breath — one person at a time.
It starts with you.
