This class is great for people beginners as well as long term meditators. We begin with gentle stretching to release stress. Then, we move into breathing &. relaxation techniques to balance the brain and create a clear, calm and tranquil mind to allow meditation to happen with little effort. This is a unique class that will greatly enhance your overall state of mind from confused, clouded, depressed and anxious to clear, calm, confident and joyful when practiced over time.
