Service Description
Starting July 19 we will offer 21 days straight of HIIT Pilates at 7am at Keller Yoga and Zoom! This challenge will transform your mind and body, increase your core strength, and stabilize your neck and back. HIIT Pilates is a series of high intensity core exercises performed mostly on the floor. They are designed to burn fat, create lean muscle mass, improve cardio function, strengthen and stabilize the neck, back, abs, obliques, glutes, and legs. It is similar to many yoga postures, but is more high paced with quicker intervals.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your 300HR YTT registration with no penalty up until March 9th 5pm. After March 9th 5pm, your $500 deposit will be non-refundable.
